Ruby V. Clay of Stigler, Oklahoma passed away May 30, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 70. She was born January 2, 1950 at home, in Stigler, Oklahoma to Boyd W. and Viola B. Phillips.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Clay, parents, Boyd and Viola Phillips, one step daughter Vinita “Jodi” Clay, two brothers, Boyd Charleston Phillips and Jimmy Phillips. Ruby was retired and enjoyed visiting and talking to all of her family.
